Phu Quoc, one stop of many in a 95 day exploration of Asia, was one of our all time favourites. I have begged my husband to stop telling folks about it, so that we can keep it for ourselves. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay, some of the best food in Asia, and all that fish sauce I smuggled back to San Francisco. My cooking is nothing like yours, but I keep trying.
